Applicants should submit the most complete version of their project available at the time of submission. The festival team will review the information and viewing materials provided with the original application.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
01 - CHOOSE YOUR CATEGORY
Select the category that accurately represents your project.
02 - PREPARE YOUR INFORMATION
Gather your project title, runtime, credits, synopsis, contact information and secure viewing link or listening link.
03 - COMPLETE THE FORM
Provide accurate project information and complete the official submission process.
04 - RECEIVE CONFIRMATION
Applicants will receive a confirmation email after successfully submitting the official application

NOTE: Do not claim DCP delivery is required unless confirmed.
- The viewing link must be secure and accessible.
- The link must work when the form is submitted.
- Any password must remain active throughout the review period.
- Applicants should notify the festival before changing a viewing link or password.
- Physical copies should not be sent unless requested.
- Selected-project delivery requirements will be provided separately.

Submission FAQ
Which category should I select?
Review the category definitions on the official application page. Select the category that best aligns with your project's primary genre and format. If in doubt, choose the category that matches your intended primary audience.
May I submit more than one project?
Yes, you may submit multiple projects. However, each project requires a separate submission application and the applicable entry fee.
May I submit a work in progress?
Yes, we accept works in progress. Please clearly note this in your submission and ensure the final exhibition copy is available by [Insert Final Deadline].
What viewing link should I provide?
Provide a secure, password-protected streaming link (e.g., Vimeo). Do not send download links or physical media. Ensure the link remains active through [Insert Notification Date].
What happens if my link changes?
If your viewing link or password changes, you must immediately notify our team at [Contact Email] to update your file. Failure to maintain an active viewing link may result in disqualification.
When will I receive confirmation?
You will receive an automated confirmation email upon successful submission and fee processing. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact [Contact Email].
When will selections be announced?
Official selections will be announced on or before [Insert Notification Date]. All submitting parties will be notified via email regardless of selection status.
Are submission fees refundable?
No. All submission fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of selection status, disqualification, or withdrawal of the project.
Does selection guarantee Vision Network distribution?
No. Official selection for the festival does not guarantee a distribution agreement with the Vision Network. Any distribution offers are assessed and negotiated entirely separately after the festival.

After submitting, check your email for confirmation that your application was received. Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
