1. Acceptance
Eligibility
By using this website or purchasing/registering through it, you agree to these Terms and any transaction-specific terms presented at checkout or submission. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
2. Event Information
Submission Fees
Festival dates, times and location currently are December 11, 2026, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM and December 12, 2026, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM at 1435B Paramount Dr, Huntsville, AL 35806. Program elements, screening order, speakers, vendors, schedules and operational details may change. Material cancellation/reschedule rights are governed by the Refund & Event Change Policy.
3. Accounts and Forms
Festival Screening License
You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use automated means that materially burden the service.
4. Intellectual Property
Vision Network Streaming Authorization
Vision Network names, logos, festival branding, site copy and original festival materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. No ownership in a filmmaker’s submitted project transfers merely by submission. Film and creator permissions are governed by the Film Submission Rules & Terms and any separate streaming agreement.
5. Third-Party Services
Marketing Permission
The website may link to or use FilmFreeway, payment processors, GoHighLevel and other third-party services. Their own terms/privacy practices may apply. The operator does not control third-party services.
7. Tickets, Vendors, Sponsors and Submissions
Privacy
Additional terms presented for those programs are incorporated into these Terms for that transaction.
9. Disclaimers
Release & Consent
Festival awards, selections, networking opportunities, exposure and participation do not guarantee distribution, financing, sales, employment, publicity results, audience size or future business.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Contest
Harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory abuse, unsafe conduct, unauthorized commercial solicitation, credential misuse, infringement, disruption, and violation of venue/event rules are prohibited.
11. Suspension or Removal
Limitation of Liability
We may deny access or remove participants for safety, fraud, legal violations or material rule breaches, subject to applicable law and the event-specific refund policy.
13. Changes
Electronic Agreement
We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Transaction terms accepted at purchase/submission remain governed by the version accepted unless law requires otherwise.
